1. Return of Products
We accept product returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The products must be returned with all original accessories and documents (invoice, label, etc.).
Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Send an email to our customer service at brice.company@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return to request a return authorization number.
- Prepare the package: Carefully pack the product to be returned with the provided return authorization number, and ensure that the package is securely closed.
- Ship the package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective products.
- Keep the proof of shipment: Retain the receipt and proof of shipment until we have confirmed the receipt and processing of your return.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the return is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the payment method you used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Non-Returnable Products

- Perishable products (such as certain types of wine) once opened.
