Introduction<\/strong><\/p>

The present terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between the company Marawine (hereinafter referred to as \"the Seller\") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as \"the Buyer\") wishing to make a purchase on the website https:\/\/marawine.club\/<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as \"the Site\"). By placing an order, the Buyer unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.<\/p>

1.Products<\/strong><\/p>

Marawine offers for sale carefully selected luxury wines. The descriptions and images of the products are provided for informational purposes and may vary.<\/p>

2.Order<\/strong><\/p>

L\u2019Acheteur peut passer commande en suivant le processus de commande sur le Site. Il doit fournir des informations exactes et compl\u00e8tes lors de la cr\u00e9ation de son compte et lors de la commande. La commande sera confirm\u00e9e par un email de confirmation envoy\u00e9 par le Vendeur.<\/p>

3. Prices<\/strong><\/p>

The prices of the products are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be indicated at the time of the order. Marawine reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be charged at the prevailing price at the time the order is validated.<\/p>

4. Payment<\/strong><\/p>

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the Site. Transactions are secure, and payment information is encrypted.<\/p>

5. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

The products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Marawine cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control.<\/p>

6. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

In accordance with legal provisions, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. The products must be returned in their original and complete condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.<\/p>

7. Warranties<\/strong><\/p>

The products sold by Marawine are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of non-compliance or a defective product, the Buyer must contact Marawine to find a solution.<\/p>
